Rivers of the North Shore Map

The Grand Portage Band published a map of the Ojibwe names of the major rivers and other important traditional harvest areas on the North Shore. Copies are now available free of charge at the 1854 Treaty Authority office. The map is also available online with audio files of the Ojibwe words:
